EOC: Great Customer Service

One amazing customer service experience I have had recently was at Metro PCS a few weeks ago. I was there to buy a new phone and pay my bill. I was looking through the phones they had and didn't see the one I was looking for so I asked if they had it in the back, and the person working at the service desk went to look for it, and they didn't come back for an extremely long time. I started to get upset because I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I began to complain and ask for the manager. The manager apologized for the inconvenience, and sold me the phone for ten dollars off of the listed price, and threw in a free pair of headphones
